    SalesPositive is a CRM software with specialized Automation and Management tools designed to help customers Grow Revenue, Increase Call Volume, Improve Efficiency & Productivity, and Better Manage Employees.

  • How can I use SalesPositive?

    There are three ways to use SalesPositive-

    1. a. Salespositive CRM – our powerful CRM software with all our Automation and Management tools fully enabled.
    2. b. SalesPositive Plug In - users can add our specialized automation management tools to their existing CRM (like SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, homemade CRMs, etc)
    3. c. Salespositive Sales Automation Suite - all the great features of our powerful CRM software minus the Dialer and any Automation & Management tools related to the Dialer
  • Can I mix and match accounts?

    Yes, you can have any combination of accounts. For example, you can have 3 Full accounts and 2 Basic accounts. You can buy plugins accounts to your existing CRM and purchase separate Basic/Full accounts for our Salespositive CRM at the same time. Allowing you to create the combination of account types that is right for your business.

  • Are there contracts?

    No, (unlike our competition who require yearly contracts) we have no contracts. We bill you month to month. If you ever want to stop service, just don’t pay the next month.

  • Are there set up fees?

    No, there are no additional costs to setting up SalesPositive

  • Do I have to install any software on my computer?

    No, SalesPositive is completely Cloud-Based and is fully run from our servers. To use SalesPositive, simply use your web browser to log into our web portal. This also means that we are completely remote and can be fully accessed from any computer in the world

  • We don’t make a lot of sales calls so we won’t be using the dialer much, should I still get SalesPositive?

    Our Dialer and the features associated with it can greatly help companies to Increase Sales Revenue and to Improve Efficiency. However, we are more than just our Dialer. Our Basic version provides users with a top-level CRM that is feature-rich and extremely easy to use. Plus users can benefit from our non-dialer Automation and Management tools such as our Click to Email, Statistical Analysis, Enhanced Notation, etc.

    Also, we allow our customers to mix-and-match accounts. For example, you can have 2 Full accounts and 3 Basic accounts. Allowing you to create the combination of account types that is right for your business.

  • How does SalesPositive help with incoming calls?

    SalesPositive has a specialized incoming call look up feature. The caller ID phone numbers of incoming calls are matched with the phone numbers in the database. If a match is found then SalesPositive automatically looks up and opens the profile of the person who is calling you, allowing you instant access to that lead/customers information.

    Additionally, SalesPositive will create temporary account profiles for phone numbers that are not found in the database. Allowing users to quickly start taking notes for new customers.

  • How does the Dialer work?

    The Dialer is fully integrated into our CRM. In order to make phone calls the user can manually dial the phone number or Click to Dial. With Click to Dial, the user can click on the phone number in the database and the system will instantly make that phone call.

  • Is your Dialer a mass dialer?

    No. Mass dialers make several calls at the same time and try to connect users once the customer picks up the phone. The drawback of this type of system is that most customers are left waiting for the employee to connect to them (a short wait of silence or music) and will usually hang up the call quickly. With our dialer the user enjoy the benefits of increase call volume (see How does the Dialer work?) and is always on the call with their customers, preventing angry customers or hang ups (nobody wants to pick up an incoming call just to be put on hold).

  • Can I use SalesPositive remotely?

    SalesPositive is fully remote and 100% cloud-based, the software is fully run from our servers. Simply go to our web portal using your web browser and log in.

    The only requirement to use our software is a computer with internet access, and the only requirement to use dialer features is a headset or microphone. You can get the same full functionality from SalesPositive from your office, your home, or from your hotel room during a business trip around the world.

  • Do I need to have a specific phone carrier to use the dialer?

  • Will my phones be compatible with your system? Do I need to buy new phones?

    No, all our calls are made Voice Over IP using a headset or microphone that is connected to your computer. So you do not need any physical phones to make calls with us.
